    Designation- Principal Security Architect- MSSP SOC Lead

    Location- Pune onlyBand- P2Exp- 15 to 20yrs


    • SOC MSSP:Create cybersecurity innovations/technical solutions/IPs / Services that address market/customer needs/opportunities or problems.
    Build & Run MSP Platforms / demos in support of client or prospective client meetings, industry events, conferences, etc.
    Support CoE infrastructure/process/knowledge managementKnowledge of relevant OEM solutions and tools and Joint IP/solution development with OEM Partners. Create Best practices for Delivery, documentation, SOPs for current engagements.
    Lead the GSOC Cybersecurity offerings & standardise rate-card, delivery framework.


    • Delivery AssuranceDrive and deploy effective technical scope management and solutioning across practice.
    Ensure deployment of optimal delivery solutions across the practiceDemonstrate Thought Leadership in the practice domain.
    Lead the Shared Services team across geo as per defined structure & mentor them.


    • Client Relationship ManagementDrive service portfolio of the practice and create strong value proposition for clients across the value chain.
    Share TechM's capability and initiatives that may support/ fulfil customer's needs.
    Responsible for high CSAT by providing value-based delivery to customers.


    • Enable revenue growth of the practice within an SLIdentity opportunities for deployment of new technology, growth solutions and services across the practice by bringing SL practices/ other capabilities for client solutioning.

    Support sales team with acquisition and traction of new deals by understanding the customer needs and providing support in developing solutions.


    • Capability Development and Talent Pipeline CreationDemand forecasting in line with business requirementsSpearhead quarterly demand forecasting and resource planning aligned to requirements of the different accounts/ projects.

    Create and deploy a workplan to fulfil the required demand from all the talent channels including external (lateral, contractors etc.) hiring in coordination with Talent Acquisition team.

    Lead upskilling initiatives across the practice.
    Lead fresher training & Deployment for Margin, EBITDA & Pyramid improvements.

    Qualifications:
    Understands general IT and security controls development, compliance readiness, and technical security architecture/ design/ development/ implementation.
    Recognized security professional certification (CISSP, CEH, CCSP, GSEC, GIAC, etc.) (preferred)


    Interest in being involved internally and growing a business (entrepreneurial spirit)Ability to travel (up to 30%) and to work independently.

    Excellent leadership, peer management, Team members and communication skillsManagement consulting experience (preferred)Bachelor's degreeExperience: 15 to 20 Years+
