    • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
    • Conduct regular team meetings, providing updates and addressing concerns.
    • Mentor and guide team members, fostering skill development and growth.
    • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
    • Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in .Net technologies.
    • Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance development processes.

    Requirements :

    • Have experience with building domaindriven systems.
    • Experience in developing applications using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
    • Experience in developing applications using Kubernetes or Docker.
    • Experience in developing applications using Azure or AWS.
    • Experience in building scalable, reliable, and secure systems.
