    Description

    KEY DELIVERABLES:

    - Making Strategies for marketing the products better in the International market.

    - Planning for customizing the company services for the new business regions.

    - Bringing in new client base from the new markets with the help of contacting them on daily

    - Responsible for Commercial discussions & Negotiations with business associates.

    - To look after the registrations of new products/ re-registration of expired product.

    - Responsible for achieving target sales set by the management for the international market.

    - To ensure timely submission reports i. e. monthly, quarterly or annual reports pertaining to sales, payments & along with rolling plans & all other reports required by management & HOD Whenever required.

    Coordinate with all customers for their requirement for our products, data-wise schedule for proper planning.

    - Develop new customers for the existing products by submission of timely offers against the customer's enquiries & Synchronizing their quality parameters with proper co-coordinating with plan technical.

    - Follow the entire customer for timely ordering & schedules as per their advance confirmation.

    - Synchronizes the customer requirements in terms of quality parameters with our existing customer /new customer, timely submission for the vendor qualification related documents

    - To ensure the completion of timely ERP formalities related to the order execution in a better way.

    - Development and activation of various country specific marketing strategies in coordination/monitoring with Product Managers to enhance market awareness, brand retention.

    - Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, evaluating,advertising, merchandising,campaigns, penetration drive campaigns etc.

    - Liaise with regulatory team to apply the knowledge about government policies, regulatory procedures, documentation requirements and fee

    Functional Competencies:

    - Understanding of Intermediates and API products as well as associated documentation.

    - Handling of key accounts and demonstrated growth in the same.

    - Ability to collate data from various sources for market research reports

    - Ability to close the leads with firm orders and on-time payments.

    - Well-versed in MS office and internet search tools.

    Behavioral Competencies:

    - Good communication skills

    - Ability to work in collaboration with various functions to provide in-time delivery to the customer and well as resolution of queries.

    - Good presentation and analytical skills

    PERSON PROFILE:

    Educational Qualifications:

    Degree in any discipline with a preference for science or pharma graduates.

    - Management qualification is desirable but not a must.

    Relevant Experience:

    Proven track record of marketing APIs in International markets.

    Preference to candidates having developed key accounts.
