    We at CountHQ have an opening for Virtual Assistant role for Ahmedabad Location.

    THE ROLE:You will have a critical responsibility for monitoring processes, co-ordinating teams and ensuring meeting the client's expectations with respect to our SLAs. You will work closely with the Australian clients to plan and schedule their work with the goal of minimizing turnaround time and eliminating interruptions to normal operations. You will be coordinating with our business units and appropriately prioritizing the work requests. This will involve ensuring required resources are identified, planned, organised, and scheduled prior to the deadlines. You will be reporting to your Team Manager / Team Leader.



    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


    1. Prioritizing
    a) Individual Responsibility

    • Managing end-to-end planned and Ad-hoc work requests
    • Assisting with task scheduling as per the defined compliance and deadlines
    • Improve productivity and service quality by eliminating potential delays
    • Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, plans and reports
    • Retrieve insights from client's feedback and team discussions
    • Adapt with new software and process flow knowledge
    b) Team Responsibility

    • Foster cross-team collaboration and support them to complete project tasks
    • Troubleshoot team's problems and challenges by reporting it to the client/ management
    • Chair and facilitate meetings with an agenda and distribute minutes to team representatives
    • Assist in development and improvement of the processes keeping teams in confidence
    2. Reporting


    • Effectively collaborate and communicate project road map with status
    • Report process outcomes and escalating issues to your senior as needed
    3. Your Input


    • Liaise with the client to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
    • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
    • Be the glue to connect missing parts of the project lifecycle
    • Effectively navigate through negotiation tactics for a win-win situation
    • Strong work ethic and Ability to work independently
    • Keep your calendar up to date and don't shy away from feedbacks
