    Vice President, Business Development – GCC Accounts (IT Services)

    We are seeking a visionary and accomplished Business Development leader who can expand our Global Capability Centre (GCC) client base. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving strategic growth and positioning Nineleaps as a preferred partner for GCC's in India.

    The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in business development at the executive level, a deep understanding of the GCC landscape, and the ability to close complex, high-value deals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy focused on acquiring and expanding GCC accounts.
    • Align business development efforts with the company's overarching strategic objectives to drive long-term growth.
    • Identify new market opportunities within the GCC ecosystem and develop tailored strategies to penetrate and capture these opportunities.
    • Establish and strengthen strategic relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within target GCCs.
    • Drive revenue growth by securing high-value contracts, managing complex negotiations, and closing significant IT services deals.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums, enhancing brand visibility and thought leadership within the GCC and broader IT services landscape.
    • Share insights and expertise on trends, challenges, and innovations in the GCC sector.
    • Implement best practices and frameworks to optimize business development processes and outcomes.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 15+ years of progressive experience in business development or sales leadership, with a focus on IT services.
    • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, high-impact business development initiatives with GCCs or similar large enterprises.
    • Strong executive presence, with the ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders.
    • Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.
