    Senior Lead Enterprise Architect
    The Sr Lead Enterprise Architect oversees the development of multiple types/categories of technical architecture and operating systems for running end user applications. Working in partnership with other leaders, this job develops and implements new products, processes, standards and operational plans that directly impact the department. This job is a recognized master in the Information Systems Architecture field.

    TIAA Retirement Sales and Marketing Tech is looking for a Salesforce Integration Architect based in India. This role would be responsible for driving the end-to-end solution design and technical roadmap of the CRM application. This role would be a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and a key change agent driving the transformation of the platform to service business goals driving efficiencies and insights.

    Key Responsibilities of the Role:

    Technical:

  • Strong understanding of integration patterns and designs – ability to come up with integration scalable and maintainable designs keeping compatibility of Salesforce with other systems and business requirements in mind.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems and legacy applications, as well working with integration tools (ETL, marketing automation, reporting, etc.)
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls
  • Experience in MuleSoft and integration through Mule APIs.
  • Experience developing and enhancing REST API integrations between Salesforce and proprietary legacy systems including data migrations, data quality, systems integration, 3rd party applications and custom development.
  • Deep knowledge of programming logic and constructs, specifically in Salesforce, , Apex Code, Visualforce, SOQL, triggers and their use in software development
  • Thorough experience of the Salesforce product suite, including FSC, Sales, Service, Community, and Marketing Clouds, as well as the Platform
  • Experience defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed Salesforce system and functional designs
  • Experience in enterprise-level Salesforce projects using agile software development methodologies throughout the whole life cycle
  • Experience of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies
  • Reviewing design elements and the overall technical design.
  • Ensuring that the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business, ensuring that proper testing is implemented, and performance and security requirements are closely monitored by working with the project teams.
  • Identify and confirm technical design risks and develop mitigating approaches.
  • Provide level of effort estimates for technical portion of solutions.
  • Good to have following additional Skills:

  • Hands on experience on Salesforce Analytics and Reporting solutions.
  • Experience in CI\CD and deployment tools. Should be able to streamline deployment process.

  • Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in developing technology solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience in handling client-facing projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the context of systems development and related business consulting.
  • Expertise in one or multiples of → Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, and Vlocity OmniStudio
  • Expertise in one or multiple domains - Finance/Insurance/Wealth & Asset Management
