    Role: Generative AI Developer

    Location: Delhi NCR/Bangalore/Hyderabad

    Experience: 7+ Years

    Shift: 7 pm to 4 am (IST)

    Position Overview

    The Developer works under supervision, assisting in preparing specifications and user requirements to meet business needs. Develops, tests, debugs, and documents programs for specific mid-sized projects. They will also assist other developers on more complex projects.

    What you'll do at Insight

    • Assists with implementation of project architecture, standards and processes, under the direction of Lead and Manager
    • Researches, identifies and documents technical requirements
    • Assists with implementation of project design, standards and processes, under the direction of Lead and Manager
    • Assists with development and documentation of the high-level technical design
    • Identifies project tasks and defines task definitions
    • Assists in developing technical project schedules, plans, task assignments and time estimates
    • Attends regular technical team meetings
    • Provides senior project staff with full communication of project progress
    • Takes an active role in development of low-level design
    • Works with Lead and Manager to develop time estimates for project tasks
    • Develops code in keeping with established processes and standards
    • Debugs and unit tests modules before deployment to QA environment
    • Assists deployment staff by providing necessary documentation
    • Creates and maintains project documentation, in accordance with established standards
    • Designs and builds applications or models and structures data with languages as outlined
    • May develop programs for data extraction, transformation, and loading

    What you'll need to join Insight

    • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; plus two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Experience with a revision control system.
    • The ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business/ professional journals, technical procedures, or regulations is necessary.
    • The ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, other employees is a plus.
    • Developers will pursue knowledge of the SAP system, since it is integral to the overall business flow at Insight.
    • Strong creative problem-solving ability.
    • Ability to multi-task, establish priorities and meet tight deadlines.
    • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability and desire to thrive in a fast-paced, client-services environment.

    Experience in one or more of the following languages:

    • Java; C; XML
    • C# .net Windows Desktop
    • Unix; Perl; ANSI X12; XML
    • ABAP, ABAP-EDI, Workflow, SmartForms, SAP-ADOBE, SAP-BI
    • Javascript, jQuery, HTML, CSS
    • Objective-C, Java
    • SAP-BI/BW, ABAP, BEx, SQL, Business Objects: Crystal, Dashboard, Web Intelligence
    • .net, Sharepoint Designer, InfoPath,
    • J2EE, Hibernate, Spring, JavaScript, SQL
    • T-SQL (Transact SQL) Stored Procedures and Triggers, SSIS, SSRS

    Experience in one or more of the following environments:

    • Linux; NT; MS OS's
    • Windows Desktop
    • TLE or other Translator
    • SAP, various modules (eg. SD MM FI HR PP etc.)
    • Mac-Os
    • SAP BI/BW, Business Objects 4.0, BPC (Netweaver Version), Data Services
    • SQL Server
    • TomCat
    • Microsoft SQL Server
