    We are seeking aPerformance Marketing Associate/Manager to join our Marketing& Communications team. In this role you will be pivotal increating executing and managing paid acquisition campaigns forrecruiting volunteers fellows and onboarding donors. Your focuswill be on using datadriven insights to inform decisions andstrategies across all acquisition channels enhancing Bhumi simpact.

    PrimaryResponsibilities:

    • Build and manageacquisition campaigns across various paid channels including social& SEM.
    • Analyze and optimize campaignperformance utilizing datadriven insights and strategy throughquantitativeanalysis.
    • Maintain reporting orvisualization dashboards to communicate data analysis effectivelyfocusing on marketing planning and budgeting marketing ROI campaignimpact and strategicKPIs.
    • Deliver quantifiable improvementsin ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across allchannels.

    Education /Qualification:

    • Bachelors/Master sdegree in marketing journalism business or relatedfield
    • 2 3 years of work experience inmarketing or a relevantfield

    Requirements &Skills:

    • Handson experience in setting upcampaigns in Facebook ads manager Google Ads and LinkedInAds.
    • Marketing Automationskills
    • Excellent written and verbalcommunicationskills.
    • Strong project managementskills.
    • A critical thinker with acreative mindset.

Written andoral communication in Tamil and English. Hindi will be an addedadvantage.. Ability to engage with daily wagers and collegedropouts & slum youths. Basic Idea of Qualitative andQuantitative research methodologies. Flexibility & Positivethoughts keen to learn new things. Education Qualification /Experience: MSW / MBA from a recognized university with 1-3 yearsof relevant experience Other Information: Designation: Associate,Skill-Ed, Student Mobilizer.
