- As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of human resources, including HR administration, compliance, and providing generalist support.
- You will work closely with the executive team and department heads to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee the daytoday HR operations, including but not limited to, employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance of personnel records.
- Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant labor laws and company standards.
- Ensure compliance with all state, and local employment laws and regulations.

- Handle employee grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Develop and implement employee development programs to foster talent retention and career growth.
- Implement and manage performance appraisal processes to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant training programs.
- Compile and analyze HR data to generate reports on key metrics such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and training effectiveness.
- Use insights from data analysis to drive HR initiatives and improve organizational effectiveness.
- MBA HR
- 8+ years of Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Adept at HR compliance, HR Administration, Generalist roles
- Indepth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office suite.
