IT Demand Planning Specialist

Experience 6 to 9 years.

Responsible for the most complex and multi-faceted issues within one or more information technology areas. Is a subject matter expert to whom the leadership team reaches out to with regards to his/her specialization within information technology. May lead project teams without direct people management responsibility.

Additional Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management).
• Proven experience as an SAP Demand Planning Functional Consultant or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Demand Planning module functionalities and configuration.
• Strong understanding of demand planning and forecasting processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of SAP modules such as SAP IBP, APO, and ERP Or Kinaxis or O9 or Blue Yonder (some exp)
• Must be proficient in APO BW / Demand Planning (is preference)
• Ability to create planning areas, macros, planning books, info cubes, ABAP routines, Stat forecasting alerts management, and other APO DP related algorithms.
• Ability to create and manage process chains.
• Experience in CVC creation and maintenance, realignment, Planning area and planning object setup.
• Experience working with ABAP routines, EDI integration w/ APO DP, SNP
• 3 or more full cycle implementations including: Scoping and Planning, Process Design, Configuration, Testing, Deployment, and Post Go-Live Support
