Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Recruiter to oversee end-to-end recruitment processes. Key responsibilities include sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring seamless candidate experiences while meeting critical hiring deadlines.

• Screen resumes to shortlist suitable candidates;
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers;
• Share timely interview feedback with candidates;
  Ensure closure of assigned roles within defined timelines;

Candidates with experience in AgriTech hiring and hands-on expertise in Zoho Recruit will be preferred. The ideal candidate should possess excellent coordination skills, basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, good communication skills,
and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
