    Risk Analytics and Reporting (RAR) Project Manager Role

    Located in Hyderabad, this role is a hybrid opportunity requiring 3 days of on-site work per week.

    About the Role

    The Risk Analytics and Reporting (RAR) Project Manager will create and maintain project plans for the RAR program. This individual contributor position requires the ability to work independently, identify and implement project management best practices, and recommend solutions to track detailed tasks.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting with team members, documenting and collecting status updates, and presenting these findings to the RAR Director and team on a weekly basis.

    This role directly reports to the Head and Director of Risk Analytics and Reporting based in Tampa, Florida, and interacts frequently with the Head of the RAR team and a key program partner, Snowflake CLAW team.

    Responsibilities

    • Implement best practice project management solutions for RAR program requirements and maintain all aspects of the project plan.
    • Create project management tracking, converting Jira level details to business management executive level task tracking with target date assignment.
    • Support RAR team in defining and maintaining the project plan, including key tasks, due dates, and status updates housed on SharePoint Online.
    • Schedule and lead weekly team status update meetings reviewing project plan key tasks.
    • Maintain frequent communication with the Head of the RAR team, scheduling regular standing meetings and ad-hoc meetings as needed.
    • Develop and maintain project status update reporting for executive-level updates, including PowerPoint decks and Excel or Word templates.
    • Translate cross-functional dependencies into useful plans, track and report interdependencies between multiple tasks.

    Talents Needed for Success

    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • Project Management Certification required.
    • Able to work afternoon shift supporting US until noon eastern time zone (~IST 2:30 to 10:30 pm).
    • Hands-on experience working as a sole/key contributor delivering all required role responsibilities independently.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and technicalities.
    • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
    • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience.
    • Proficient in MS Office, Project Management tools, and SharePoint Online.
    • Good knowledge/experience with Jira.
