We have a comprehensive website where clients can research over 1500 cruises from 35 cruise liners. And our team of experienced cruise consultants provide expert advice and help clients find the most suitable cruise options for them including providing assistance with pre and post cruise travel arrangements.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Cruise Consultant, based in Pune. The Cruise Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, maintaining excellent relations with the cruise lines & franchise partners, maintain & update the CRM with enquiry leads.
In addition, the cruise consultant is also expected to cross sell hotels and other travel services required pre and post the cruise, update the CruiseBay website with promotional offers & new cruise itineraries and stay updated on the developments and changes in the cruise industry.
