    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Executive (BDE) specializing in Staff Augmentation to join our team. As a Senior BDE, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients in the IT industry. This is a full-time position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in IT sales and a proven track record of success in Staff Augmentation.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in IT sales, with a focus on Staff Augmentation
    • Proven track record of success in generating new business and achieving sales targets
    • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions
    • Experience in negotiating contracts, master service agreements (MSAs), and statements of work (SOWs)
    • Knowledge of the IT industry and current market trends
    • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT industry, specifically in Staff Augmentation
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing effective solutions
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets
    • Work closely with the delivery team to ensure smooth onboarding and successful execution of projects
    • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and related sales documents
    • Negotiate and finalize contracts, master service agreements (MSAs), and statements of work (SOWs)
    • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities
    • Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales activities and pipeline
