    Job description

    PolicyAdvisor is searching for an energetic and motivated Facebook Ads Manager to support our acquisition strategy. The successful candidate will analyze and refine our current growth projects as well as prospect new potential channels, test new tools and methods, and broadly support the overall marketing and content strategy.

    In this position, the successful candidate will create and execute acquisition plans, manage current and new campaigns, and continually test and analyze the performance of our growth marketing programs in existing and new channels – both online and offline – with a focus on paid social media. Successful candidates should have experience managing both paid and unpaid growth marketing campaigns. This role will involve managing our marketing budget, media planning, and buying – including SEM (Adwords), paid social, display, audio, and email to deliver growth through industry-leading CPAs and uncover areas for improvement.

    This is an executional role and presents a massive opportunity for the right candidate to get in on the ground floor of generational change in the Canadian insurance industry.     Responsibilities:

    • Develop strategic advertising campaigns tailored to our target audience and business objectives.
    • Design and execute complex ad campaigns, including multi-step funnels, retargeting sequences, and dynamic product ads.
    • Create compelling ad creatives and write persuasive ad copy that effectively communicates our insurance offerings and benefits.
    • Ensure all ads comply with Facebook's advertising policies and guidelines.
    • Utilize Facebook's targeting options to reach specific demographics, interests, and behaviors relevant to our insurance products.
    • Implement custom audience targeting based on customer data and segmentation strategies.
    • Allocate advertising budgets effectively across campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve performance goals.
    • Monitor ad spend and adjust budgets as needed to optimize campaign performance.
    • Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, cost per lead, and ROAS.
    • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages to optimize campaign performance.
    • Implement test plans and analyze results to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.
    • Run complex ad campaigns, such as lead generation funnels, automated email sequences, and dynamic product retargeting.
    • Implement advanced ad features and strategies, including custom conversions, lookalike audiences, and campaign automation.
    • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve KPIs.
    • Adjust targeting, bidding strategies, and ad placements based on data-driven insights and best practices.

    Requirements Must haves:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field. 2-5 years of digital marketing B2C experience managing campaigns across multiple channels (emphasis on paid social, i.e. Facebook, Instagram,
    • Twitter, Snap, TikTok, etc)
    • Proven experience managing Facebook advertising campaigns, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager platform, ad formats, targeting options, and best practices.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and optimize campaign performance.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Certifications such as Facebook Blueprint or Google Ads certification are a plus.
