    Responsibilities:
    We are seeking aPrincipal Analog design Engineer NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT PowerManagement to join our growing team in Bengaluru India. This groupis responsible for development of Power management productsincluding DCDC PMIC/POL Multiphase controllers Dr. MOS ACDCconverters LED drivers SiC drivers Switches and efuses for consumerindustrial and automotive applications. In this role you will focuson the followingLead an analog IP block from definition to IPdelivery Evaluateintermediate and results of projects during the design phase andduring silicon evaluation to ensure accomplishment of technicalobjectives Workwith and provide guidance to physical designers and monitors theprogress of IClayout Collaboratewith Design Verification teams during the pretapeout phase of aproject to ensure completion of all technical tasks beforetapeout Collaboratewith validation product engineering and test engineering teams toenable successful transfer toproductionCollaborate with overseas design and systems teams on technicalaspects IP development sharing of knowhow Own technicaloutcomes of design verification implementation and execution ofpower management ICs with complexities that can span from simpleregulators to complex mixedsignal designs and control loops Understand projectgoals create a realistic schedule and resource plan track executionschedule to plan monitor progress and provide full clarity to theteam on the goals and objectives

    KeyQualificationsBS in Electrical Engineering or related 10years of experience or MS 8 years ofexperienceSolid track record of delivering multiplecomplex IPs tomanufacturingExtensive knowledge of engineeringprocesses principles and methodologiesGoal and outcomefocused with the abilityto handle multiple projects within the teamAbility to attract and retain keyengineering talentAbility to clearly articulate issueschallenges and concerns to all levels of managementGood understanding of various PowerConverters such as Buck Boost LDOs gate drivers comparators linearregulators gmstage and relevant Analog building blocksGood understanding of topologies andarchitectures for Constantontime Peak and Valley Current ModeVoltage Mode MultiPhase Controllers and Smart Power StagesUnderstanding of DCDC PMIC/POL Multiphasecontrollers Dr. MOS ACDC converters LED drivers SiC devices anddrivers is a strongplusStrong Analog IC design skills debug ofcomplex silicon problems using simulations and/or bench testingFamiliarity with advanced Bipolar CMOS andHigh Voltage BCD technology Process Device Physics SemiconductorManufacturing processes and their impact on Analog performanceunderstanding of large power transistor(LDMOS) Design Layout and RobustnessProficiency in leadingedge design andverification tools such as Simplis or MATLAB for architecturalsimulations Cadence Spectre for schematic capture simulation layoutand tapeout Strong verbal and written communicationskillsAbility to quickly ramp on new systems andprocessesDemonstrated strong interpersonalanalytical and problemsolvingskillsAbility to work in teams and collaborateeffectively with people in differentfunctionsAbility to take the initiative and driveforresults
