    The Copy Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all copy produced for assigned projects is strategically aligned with the product, exhibiting originality, compelling narratives, distinctiveness, and synergy with art/graphic elements. This position requires a deadline-oriented and well-organized individual who thrives in collaborative environments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Copywriting Excellence:

    • Write copy for assigned projects that aligns with product strategy.
    • Craft original, compelling, and distinctive language that synergizes effectively with art/graphic elements.

    Deadline Management:

    • Demonstrate strong time management skills to meet project deadlines consistently.
    • Maintain organizational excellence to ensure efficient workflow.
    1. Collaborative Teamwork:
    • Collaborate positively and productively with team members.
    • Coordinate with the copy supervisor, account services, and art director to gather necessary information for assignments.

    Concept Development:

    • Work with the creative team and servicing team to brainstorm multiple concepts and campaigns for assigned products/projects.
    • Contribute innovative ideas aligned with the client's marketing strategy.

    Focus on the Big Idea:

    • Emphasize the importance of the big idea in all copywriting endeavors.
    • Ensure that copy aligns with overarching campaign concepts and strategies.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Perform other related duties as required and assigned by supervisor.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
    • 5-7 years of experience in copywriting, preferably in advertising or marketing.
    • Demonstrated ability to write copy that aligns with product strategy and brand guidelines.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
    • Creative thinking and a focus on the big picture.
