    Chief Operating Officer

    • Coo to take care of Out electronic manufacturing services business.
    • Candidates could be from the automotive ancillary industry
    • Here is the brief mandate as regards the COO candidate

    Qualifications :

    BE
    Age : 45 to 50 years

    Work Experience :
    About 25 years in the manufacturing industry


    Role and Responsibility :

    • The COO is Responsible right from the Security Gate entry of man, machine and all raw materials to Despatch of man and machine and ready goods.
    • Hiring and firing of all staff.


    • Package

    • All inclusive Annual package of Rs 4050 lakhs but production bonuses extra ( upto Rs 20 lakh in the 1st Year )
    • Location, Chakan Pune, 6 days a week( initially)

    Accommodation :

    • To be arranged by candidate

    Travel :

    • To be arranged by candidate
    • Should have atleast 5 years of experience as AGM / GM operations in the electronics manufacturing industry.
    • Should have good knowledge of quality systems.
