    About the Company:

    A leading Pharma/Dental care company headquartered in Florida and operations based out of Gurugram.

    About the Role

    The Director of Information Technology will be responsible for developing and implementing a digital technology strategy aligned with business objectives. Also responsible for Information security on the organization's information assets. Lead IT & Security professionals and laisse with cloud service & product vendors to ensure the service level, confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the company's data and systems. Should also ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to IT & information security.

    Position details

    Position Title: Director of Information Technology.

    Reporting: CFO

    Location: Gurugram, HR

    Number of Direct Reports: 2-5 staff members

    Span of Control: This role will cater to the entire organization.

    External Stakeholders: Clients, Technology providers, Partners, Auditors Vendors, etc.

    Internal Stakeholders: Chairman, CEO, Cross-functional heads, all staff in India & US.

    Education:

    • Engineering or master's degree in information technology

    Desirable:*PMP, CSM, ITIL, CISA, CISM, CISSP

    Experience: The incumbent should have:

    • Experience in managing large corporates, manufacturing organizations, IT companies and min 5 years of experience in senior leadership role(s) in technology function(s)
    • should have managed the entire life cycle of large project/ product delivery from concept, business case, technology selection, vendor identification, development, and delivery for at least 5 large-scale projects.
    • expertise in ERP, CRM, SCM, LMS, ideally knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, Data Governance, Data security, security compliance standards and regulations, such as CIS Benchmarks, ITIL, ISO 27001, SOC 2, ITGC & HIPAA.
    • experience of 10 – 15 years. At least 10 years of experience in IT & information security management.
    • experience in managing a global environment through vendors/partners.

    Desirable

    • Innovative technology frameworks - oversee the development and implementation of innovative practices, across systems, processes, products, and technology within the multi-location ecosystem
    • US experience will be an added plus.
    • degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.
    • knowledge of Cloud technologies IT & information security principles, practices, and technologies.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • skills in framing policies and documenting compliance.
    • track record of leading incident response activities and mitigating security risks.

    The main Job responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

    • Though leadership.

    • ERP selection, integrations, implementation& maintenance
    • Learn & manage the business process management applications specific to the domain (Dental)
    • Digital transformation, enhance customer experience.

    • Cloud security, optimization, cost savings
    • Information security of users, applications
    • Compliance including licensing.
    • Audit function to adhere to various IT & information security standards required for the organization.
    • Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute digital technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
    • Lead cloud computing initiatives, including adoption, migration, and integration.
    • Ensure a robust and scalable IT infrastructure supporting digital and cloud initiatives.
    • Familiar with Mobile app technologies and vendor product development management
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve customer experiences through digital and cloud solutions.
    • Use data analytics to drive decision-making and comply with data security regulations.
    • Implement strong information security measures and manage cybersecurity risks.
    • Evaluate budget and resources for digital IT and cloud projects.
    • Use and engage external vendors and cloud service providers.
    • Manage cloud migration projects and optimization of existing cloud resources.
    • Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the company's data and systems.
    • Develop and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures.
    • Conduct regular security risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate identified risks.
    • Lead incident response activities, including investigation, containment, and remediation.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to IT process, cloud security, such as CIS Benchmarks, ITIL, ISO 27001, SOC 2, ITGC & HIPAA.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, and business stakeholders, to support their information security needs.
    • Work closely with Internal and statutory auditors and demonstrate compliance.
    • Cloud best practices concerning consolidation, Reliability, and Cost optimization.
