    Qualifications and Skills

    • Proven track record of 7 to 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role.
    • Strong expertise in customer acquisition, customer relationship management, and customer success.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated experience in equity sales, with a deep understanding of financial markets.
    • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
    • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
    • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
    • Willingness to travel within the South region for client meetings and industry events.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Lead the sales efforts in the South region, including market analysis, customer prospecting, and closing deals.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Achieve sales targets and objectives, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
