    We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Manager in the fitness and training industry.

    Based in Mumbai, this role will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and driving the growth of our business.


    Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and business growth.

    Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all aspects of the business, including facilities management, managing online and offline staff, managing the schedule of the CEO, scheduling of client sessions, and customer service.

    Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, marketing team, HR, and new joiners, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

    Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain clients and customers.
    Prioritize customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery, personalized experiences, and ongoing feedback mechanisms.
    Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our customer base.
    Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    Experience in hiring and training new employees.
    Set up tech, systems, and processes for the company.
    Assisting the CEO in all scheduling and rescheduling of sessions/ meetings/ appointments.
    Required to shadow the working hours of the CEO.
    Drafting emails/broadcasts/messages in formal professional written English as and when required.
    Act as a backup as and when required.
    Handle personal tasks, bookings, and schedules of the CEO as and when required as well.
    Coordination for meetings, travel, and schedules of the CEO is required throughout the day.
    Coordinating with multiple teams.
    Required to maintain program schedules, documentation, and materials.
    Required to create daily/weekly/monthly reports as required by business.
    Required to create professional presentations.
    Expected to meet deadlines for completing assigned tasks and projects.
    Required to have experience/knowledge in E-Com setup.
    Required to create customized invoices and plans for multiple clients.
    Managing documentation for multiple departments.
    Required to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and
    partners.
    Required to provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
    Required to collaborate closely with the CEO on growth projects and sales strategies.
    Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Forms is a must, to maintain records and data using Google tools.
    Required to communicate program details and schedules to clients and partners.
    Required to manage program budgets and track expenses.
    Required to maintain internal expense reports.
    Required to maintain internal client reports.
    Required to collect and analyze program data and provide reports to management.
    Required to participate in the development of new program ideas and initiatives.
    Required to collaborate with the marketing team to promote wellness programs and events.
    Required to ensure adherence to systems and train employees on new processes.
    Required to act as the company spokesperson as and when required.
    Required to provide administrative support to program team members.
    Required to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
    Required to manage Google Calendars and schedule appointments effectively.
    Required to conduct research and training for various departments to enhance
    operational efficiency.
    Required to take ownership of assigned tasks and see them through to completion.


    Job Requirements:


    Desired Education:
    B.Tech, B.Com, BA, BMS. Preference will be given to Masters candidates.

    Minimum of 7 and above years of relevant experience in business management, preferably within the health and wellness industry, with experience leading a small team of up to 10 members.

    Proven track record of successful business development, strategic planning, and team leadership.
    Setting up processes and systems for front-end and back-end business operations along with the team as and when required.
    Finish the daily tasks at primary work hours decided between the company and the Business Manager.
    Excellent in creating professional presentations.
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    Leadership and efficiently delegating tasks, resolving conflicts with empathy.
    Communication should be clear, with concise verbal and written skills.
    Flexibility to handle changing priorities and demands and prioritize tasks and meeting deadlines.
    Identifying challenges, finding creative solutions, and multitasking efficiently.
    Making informed decisions based on data analysis and need of the hour.
    Maintaining order and structure in work with discipline and diligence.
    Should be self-motivated to take the initiative and drive personal and team success.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to a changing start-up environment.
    Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences in healthcare, preferably in the yoga and fitness industry.

    Experience in 1:1 client communication.
