What You'll Do:

• Strategic Vision: Define and oversee the AI/ML/GenAI technical direction and architectural vision, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and digital transformation efforts.
• Solution Design: Key contributor in Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements, challenges, and opportunities. Design scalable and efficient AI/ML/GenAI solutions considering deployment models and integration with existing tools that align with client needs and strategic goals.
• Architecture Development: Develop high-level and detailed solution architectures for AI/ML/GenAI projects by consider factors such as choice of Hyperscale partners like Azure, AWS, GCP & Data integration, Models, MLOPs, LLMOps, Scalability, Security, Performance optimization focusing on operational capabilities. Develop and implement applications demonstrating sophisticated Generative AI models such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Clude, Google Plam2, Meta Llama2, focusing on enhancing developer and business productivity.
• Technical Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert on AI technologies, by applying frameworks such as LangChain and Llama Index for efficient indexing, retrieval, and chaining of language models, enhancing the contextual understanding and response generation of applications.
• Pre-Sales Support: Assist the sales team in pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise, participating in client meetings, and contributing to proposal development. Translate client requirements into feasible Gen AI solutions.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with Enterprise, Application, Data, & DevOps Architects. Work closely with CTO, Data scientists, Prompt engineers and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of Gen AI solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and drive project success.
• Proof of Concept (PoC): Lead the development of GenAI PoCs to demonstrate the feasibility and potential value of proposed solutions. Present PoC results to clients and gather feedback for iterative improvement.
• Best Practices: Establish and promote best practices, design patterns, and coding standards for GenAI solution development. Audit AI tools and practices across data, models and software engineering. Ensure that solutions are maintainable, extensible, and well-documented.
• Risk Management: Work closely with security and risk leaders to foresee and mitigate risks, ensuring ethical AI implementation and compliance with upcoming regulations.
• Client Communication: Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders, including clients and executives. Address client concerns and provide clear explanations of complex technical concepts.
• Project Oversight: Provide technical oversight throughout the project lifecycle, from initial design to deployment and post-implementation support. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery.
• Continuous Learning: Stay current with industry trends and emerging AI technologies. Participate in workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance your own expertise and contribute to the growth of the team.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in any of Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science or a related field with 15+ years of experience with application architecture analysis, design, and delivery. 5+ years of experience in machine learning model development, natural language processing, and data analysis; Experienced in Supervised and Unsupervised learning, feature engineering, model training, and deployment.
• Use ML and Generative AI tools and other technologies to design, evangelize, and implement state-of-the-art solutions for never-before-solved problems.
• Define and implement best practices for building, testing, and deploying scalable AI solutions, with a focus on generative models and LLM.
• Drive successful business outcomes for educating, training, designing and building cloud hosted Generative AI solutions.
• Familiarity with architecture large-scale data processing and modeling
• Interact with customers directly to understand the business problem, help and aid them in implementation of their ML ecosystem.
• Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills, specifically a proven ability to effectively guide and influence within a dynamic matrix environment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team.
