- Filling out appraisal for team members
- Follow the admission procedure as per the Inclusion Policy (i.e. screening, identification, approval etc.)
- Taking rounds of the school and inspecting Resource students in classroom environment.

- Head counselor needs to inform class teachers via Grade Coordinator about any individual student via email with a copy to the Principal.
- Head Counselor/Coordinator to Management
- Head counselor also needs to report to the management on all IEP decisions and or any other major decision regarding students.
- Head counselor/Service Designate to Parent
- Head Counselor/Service Designate will communicate to the parent about IEP, Concessions, Exemptions and Strategies during the Parent meeting. These communication need to be given in writing and any parent concern needs to be recorded in minutes of the meeting. The minutes should be conveyed to the concerned authorities. All communication to the parent must be approved by the Head Counselor/Coordinator.
