    Role / Tier: Systems Architect/Tier 1

    Brief Description

    A Data Operations Specialists role involves mastering and improving manual processes.
    The Data Operations Specialist will be expected to process all opt-out requests and research requests.
    The Data Operations Specialist will be expected to reset and resume data workflows and other tasks as requested.
    The Data Operations Specialist will have to both be able to work with the Global People Data teams internal datasets and tools, as well as be able to coordinate with outside groups to continuously meet their needs.
    Responsibilities:
    Timely processing of opt-out requests and research requests within SLA.
    Monitor and maintain processing of existing data supply chain workflows and data feeds.
    Improve efficiency of manual tasks by updating scripts and ticketing automation opportunities.
    Work closely with related groups to ensure business continuity.
    Perform analysis on large datasets to review fill rates, data quality and data consistency.
    Work as a member of one or more agile teams, using lean principles and SCRUM methodology.
    Requirements:
    Bachelors degree (preferable in computer science or a related field)
    Experience with SQL/ MSQL Data base (12+ years )
    Experience with scripting like Python /Shell scripting /Bash (min 4+ years)
    Experience of data pipelines designed for reuse and use parameterization.
    Experience of pipelines were designed to solve common ETL problems.
