Responsibilities
- Monitor analyze real-time transactions across booking platforms for fraudulent activity Implement fraud detection tools rules tailored to aviation-specific risks e.g last-minute bookings international cards high-risk routes Collaborate with IT cybersecurity customer service teams to investigate mitigate fraud incidents Liaise with acquiring banks card networks fraud solution providers to stay updated on emerging threats Manage end-to-end chargeback process for airline ticketing ancillary services Analyze chargeback trends by route channel payment method identify root causes Coordinate with customer service legal teams prepare compelling representments Ensure compliance IATA Visa MasterCard scheme rules Lead integration new payment methods e.g UPI wallets BNPL international cards across digital offline channels Work product tech teams ensure seamless payment flows reconciliation Monitor payment success rates optimize cost speed customer experience Ensure compliance PCI-DSS aviation-specific data security standards Administration of payments transactions involved platforms Identification Reporting Payment Discrepancies PSPs Banks/Acquirers Automation various Payment Related Projects Support Internal External Audits Monthly Dashboards Internal Reviews cross functions Support Monthly/Yearly closings Accounting administration compensation refunds goodwill gestures Validation Compensation Claims Trend Analysis Compensation minimize financial impacts Ensure compliance internal policies external audit requirements Understanding Airline PSS/Payment Ecosystem Fraud Management other Revenue Accounting Systems Knowledge Cybersource/Accertify preferred Good Analytical Skills communication stakeholder management skills Awareness IATA BSP/ARC.
