Job summary
We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our team in Performance Improvement (PI) practice. The role provides an opportunity to be part of the team which helps clients modernize operations by blending technology (IIoT, AI, Digital Twins) with lean principles (Six Sigma) to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and create digital roadmaps for sustainable growth.The Senior Consultant will define transformation vision, assess current states (Gemba walks), identify gaps, and create actionable roadmaps for digital and operational improvements. They will also apply lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to improve workflows, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
The ideal candidate should have an MBA from a premier institute with experience in manufacturing operations. They should also have strong quantitative skills for data analysis interpretation of output generation of insights financial skills clarity of financial concepts willingness to travel within India.
