  • Content Development: Evaluate and apply emerging trends across various categories and consumer segments to inform content strategy.
  • Brand Risk Management: Identify and assess potential threats to business integrity and leadership, ensuring timely responses and interventions.
  • Thought Leadership: Create capabilities and initiatives that position the practice for future readiness.
  • Insight Generation: Develop queries and dashboards to aggregate insights, monitor potential crises, and maintain consumer engagement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders to co-create growth opportunities, tackle business challenges, and provide services with integrity and discipline.

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of the digital and social media landscape, including key platforms.
  • Training on various analytical tools will be provided; candidates are expected to work hands-on post-training.
  • Experience in data analytics is crucial.
  • Familiarity with basic regression techniques and their application in R/Python is preferred.
  • Experience in managing and servicing executive-level stakeholders is advantageous.
  • Background in brand marketing or agency roles with a focus on consumer insights is beneficial.
  • Experience in social listening is a plus.
  • Ability to present data in formats that are actionable for business units is desired.
  • Strong personal impact and exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, as storytelling through data is a key aspect of this role.
