• Understand product specifications and user psychology
• Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, find ability)
• Need to implement business requirements in the visual design
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the productdirection, visuals, and experience.
• Create prototypes, wireframes, storyboards, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideasRequirements
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer similar role
• Strong portfolio of design projects
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
• Proficient in design software (e.g. UXPin, Balsamiq)
• Problem-solving aptitude

• Employee referral programRequirementsBachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Over 10 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure services, and leadership, preferably in the fin tech sector. Expertise in cloud services (AWS, Azure), database management, networking, and security. Demonstrated ability to manage high-demand and secure IT infrastructures. Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Certifications Desired:
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator Microsoft Certified:
Azure Solutions Architect Expert Cisco Certified Network Associate or Professional (CCNA/CCNP)

Desirable:
Experience in financial services or trading platforms; familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in finance.
