    About the Role

    As a seasoned sales leader, you will be responsible for guiding and developing a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) and Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) to drive growth in the Individual Agency Channel.

    • You will oversee the development of new business opportunities, expanding existing channels, and enhancing operational efficiency within assigned territories.
    • Mentorship plays a key role as you help your team members refine their skills to meet agency sales targets, ensuring high agent activity levels while minimizing attrition rates.

    Key Responsibilities:




    • The successful candidate must have excellent leadership skills with experience managing teams across territories or regions. Key accountabilities include:

      Developing strategic plans tailored to each territory's unique market landscape;


      Identifying potential revenue streams through geographically-expanding established markets;
