    ROLE:
    SUPPLY CHAIN STRATEGY - FOUNDER'S OFFICE

    Experience - 2-4 years

    Education - Graduate degree from a Tier-1 Institute


    Roles and Responsibilities:

    Strategic Planning and Development:

    • Collaborate with the founders and the members of the House of Supply to develop and refine the company's overall supply chain strategy.
    • Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify strategic opportunities and challenges.

    Process Improvement:

    • Identify areas within the supply chain processes that can be enhanced for improved efficiency.
    • Implement changes and enhancements to increase costeffectiveness and operational efficiency.

    Product Management Integration:

    • Collaborate with the Technology team to build and improvise features in the tech product.
    • Provide insights into supply chain needs and challenges to inform the development of tech solutions.

    Continuous Improvement:

    • Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to identify areas for improvement in the supply chain processes.
    • Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

    Supplier Relationship Management:

    • Identify and establish strong relationships with key suppliers in the industry.
    Foster collaboration to drive quality, cost savings, and reliability through effective communication and partnership.


    Qualification:

    • Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 Institute.
    • 24 years of experience in Big 4 consulting, with a focus on supply chain or chemicals.
    • 1+ years of experience in crossborder supply chain roles, preferably in a startup environment.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
