Help Engineering Architects analyze proposed systems in order to identify areas to improve operational efficiency and guide leadership to make informed decisions.

Generate tickets in Jira for a developer audience based on product engineering requirementsRequired SkillsExcellent with Business Analyst roles and responsibilitiesGood experience with handling US and other overseas customers.

Excellent with requirement discussions with stake holders and creating required documents and sign-off.
Experience working with cross functional teams.
Good with JIRA tickets creation for developer audience.
QualificationsMinimum 5 years of IT industry experience.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred.
Retail/Ecommerce domain knowledge required.
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
