    Description

    Responsibilities :

    • Design, develop, and maintain Javabased microservices and applications with a focus on observability and telemetry.
    • Implement best practices for instrumenting applications to collect metrics, logs, and traces (including distributed tracing).
    • Develop and maintain robust pipelines for collecting, aggregating, analyzing, and visualizing telemetry data.
    • Leverage observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, ELK Stack) to monitor system behavior, identify performance bottlenecks, and troubleshoot issues.
    • Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate observability practices into CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
    • Champion continuous improvement by utilizing datadriven insights to drive enhancements in system reliability, scalability, and performance.
    • Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in observability, telemetry, and distributed systems, ensuring our solutions remain innovative and cuttingedge.
    • Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and expertise in observability and telemetry practices.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 6+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on Java programming.
    • Indepth expertise in observability and telemetry tools and practices, including Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), and distributed tracing.
    • Solid understanding of microservices architecture, containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloudnative principles (AWS, Azure, GCP).
    • Proven ability to design and implement scalable, highperformance, and faulttolerant systems.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a passion for troubleshooting complex system issues.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, agile environment.
    • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
