As theRetail Sales and Marketing Manager you will play a critical role inspearheading the growth and expansion of our retail fashion store.Your primary responsibility will be to devise and implementeffective sales and marketing strategies to create a robust networkof dealers and ensure overall businessgrowth.
KeyResponsibilities:

• Develop andexecute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive businessgrowth.
• Identify and establish new dealershipsin prominent cities across Nepal.
• Activelyengage with dealers to promote our brand and products forgingstrong relationships.
• Conduct market researchto stay abreast of industry trends customer preferences andcompetition.
• Supervise the quality controlprocess to ensure the highest standards for the clothing wesell.
• Collaborate with the management team toset sales targets and develop realisticforecasts.
• Analyze sales data and trends tooptimize performance and pinpoint areas forimprovement.
• Provide leadership and guidance tothe sales and marketing team.
• Represent thecompany at industry events and build a positive brandimage.

Qualifications:

• Provenexperience in retail sales and marketing with a focus on fashion isadded advantage.
• Strong understanding of theNepalese retail market and fashionindustry.
• Excellent communication andnegotiation skills.
• Willingness to travelfrequently to different cities withinNepal.
• Demonstrated leadership and teammanagement skills.
• Resultsoriented with a trackrecord of achieving salestargets.

Educationand Experience:

• Bachelors degree inBusiness Marketing or a related field.
• Minimumof 2 years of experience in retail sales andmarketing.
