Leverage Edu Coaches arestudentfirst mentors responsible for maintaining relationships withthe students throughout their admission process. They are expectedto assist students throughout their study abroad journey fromshortlisting the rightfit courses and universities to ensuringtheir successful admission andenrolment.Thestudent coach serves as the primary contact for the student and isresponsible for student satisfaction and overall student happiness.She/he is expected to consistently provide excellent service tostudents and represent student needs and goals within theorganization.
Requirement:

• Graduate/MBAin the field ofbusiness/management/psychology
• Priorexperience in edtech ispreferable
• Minimum of2 to 5 years ofexperience
• Exemplarysales and negotiation skills while having a studentfirstapproach.
• Possessstrong researchskills
• Ability topresent persuade and communicate effectively oral andwritten.
• Comfortablejuggling multiple projects and working on tightdeadlines.

WhatyouDo:

• Takecomplete ownership of a group of students including course andcountry evaluation onboarding detailed counselling and regularfollowups and manage the overall responsibility of the studentsassigned
• Develop adeep understanding of the university admissions process applicationand intakecycle.
• Create atrusted relationship with students virtually as their Coach for anyguidance related to University admissions and catering to theirpreliminary eligibility(GRE GMAT) and language skills(IELTS TOEFLetc..) as well
• Reviewthe progress of every student application on an ongoing basis tounderstand the current level of performance and perform thebottleneck check with differentteams.
• Buildcrossdiscipline relationships in the organisation partneringclosely with the Growth team Student Counsellors KeyAccount
• Managers Loancounsellors Test prep and other support functions while providingfeedback andinsights.
• Execute thePostoffer management process alongside the deposits and ensuretimely coordination with the Visa team and the InternationalOffice
• Implement thenuance of sale strategies and ensure that the number of targets aremet throughout the intakecycles.
