Understanding the requirement details sent by the clients (for doctors hiring)

Sourcing the suitable candidate from our data base

Screening and checking the availability of candidates for Locum hiring.

Negotiate regarding the pay/salary

Place the doctors to work for our clients

Shift Timings (UK Shift): 01.30pm to 11.00pm IST

5 days working (Sat-Sun off)

CTC + Incentives

CTC will be decided based on the feedback of the interview and the experience
