Overview:

The SiteSupervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing onsiteconstruction activities to ensure projects are completed safely ontime and within budget. They are responsible for coordinating andsupervising construction workers subcontractors and vendors and formaintaining a safe and efficient workenvironment.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Superviseconstruction activities and monitor workprogress
• Ensure compliance with projectspecifications regulations and safetystandards
• Coordinate and schedulesubcontractors vendors and materialsdelivery
• Resolve onsite issues and conflicts tomaintain project timelines
• Conduct regularinspections to ensure quality and safety standards aremet
• Prepare and maintain accurate records ofonsite activities and progress
• Implement andenforce projectspecific safetyprotocols
• Communicate effectively with projectmanagers clients and team members
• Manage onsitepersonnel and provide guidance and support asneeded
• Oversee and enforce contract terms andspecifications
• Monitor and manage projectbudget and expenses
• Participate in projectplanning and coordination meetings
• Report onproject progress issues and milestones to the projectmanager
• Contribute to the development of bestpractices and improvement initiatives
• Ensureadherence to environmental and sustainabilityrequirements

RequiredQualifications:

• Proven experience asa site supervisor or similar role inconstruction
• Degree or diploma in constructionmanagement engineering or related field
• Strongknowledge of construction processes methods andmaterials
• Excellent leadership anddecisionmaking skills
• Ability to read andinterpret blueprints and constructiondrawings
• Knowledge of safety regulations andbest practices in construction
• Effectivecommunication and interpersonalabilities
• Strong organizational andtimemanagement skills
• Ability to work underpressure and solve problemsefficiently
• Proficiency in relevant softwareand tools for project management
• Understandingof budgeting and cost controlprinciples
• Certifications in constructionsafety and management are preferred
• Physicalstamina and ability to work in various weatherconditions
• Valid drivers license and reliabletransportation
• Strong commitment to qualitysafety andprofessionalism
