Sr Office 365 Systems Administrator - Bengaluru, India - Resideo

:

This position will be primarily responsible for mobile phones connected to the Resideo infrastructure both though "Bring your own device" (BYOD) and company supplied phones.

This phone support will include provisioning, supporting, and billing. Other responsibilities would be to assist in Office 365 support, development, maintenance reporting and automation.

There will also be opportunities in managing elements of SharePoint and TeamsJOB DUTIES:

Manage IOS and Android mobile phones and devices using Intune.
Ensure mobile device security and functionality.
Ensure data protection on mobile devices.
Review and implementation of security policies.
Troubleshoot mobile device software and hardware issues by providing tier 1-3 support.
Renew and manage mobility contracts.
Liaise with mobile carriers concerning plans, devices, and fees.
Work with Accounts payable to ensure billing and payments are on time to mobility suppliers and carriers.
Effectively manage BYOD and corporate phones, inventory.
Analyze and report on Office 365 app metrics.
Mine for data in Office 365 that indicate trends and usage.
Coordinate customer satisfaction resolution issues.
Review and evaluate new collaboration software.
Review and evaluate Office 365 features and applications currently in the suite but not yet in production.
Perform Cleanup duties in office 365 by determining unused objects.
Assist in departmental Monthly Operation Reporting (MOR) by automating reports with Power BIPerform incident management.
