    Description
    Role Responsibilities :
    • Maintain and expand critical data services and lake house architecture at the heart of a $10B+/yr revenue business in real estate
    • Collaborate with global cross-functional teams such as Research Scientists, Product Partners and Partner Team Developers to deliver ML impact reliably at scale
    • Leverage industry-leading PaaS/SaaS solutions such as Databricks / AWS; architect and code the specialized internal frameworks and platforms that support an industry-leading real estate ML ecosystem
    • Design and lead implementation of batch/online inference pipeline with champion/challenger model testing
    • Unite existing pipelines across data, ML, and platform teams to handle low-latency, high data volume use cases in production inference workflows
    • Define golden path build and release processes for ML models and pipelines in truly production-critical contexts ($30+M/day in transactions)
    • Identify opportunities to improve the scalability, resiliency, and cost efficacy of GPU training and inference workflows
    • Design and lead implementation of a low-touch, automated model CI/CD pipeline
    Skills Needed:
    • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
    • 6+ years of experience working as an ML/software engineer supporting Data/ML organizations
    • Solid knowledge of software engineering best practices, including version control systems (e.g., Git), code reviews, CI/CD and testing methodologies
    • Proficiency with programming languages like Go/Python and systems design and data modeling
    • Fluency with workflow management tools like Airflow or dbt
    • Experience with modern data warehouses like Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery, and data processing technologies such as Spark and Kafka
    • Experience with mode experiment tracking, model registries and feature stores such as MLFlow, DVC, Feast, and Weights and Biases. Experience with ML observability and governance is also desirable
