Job summary
The Corporate Account Administrator will be the primary point of contact for our Corporate Account Support Representative (CASR). The key role involves providing support to CASR via phone, email/chat with scheduling services,•Partner with the CASR to ensure assigned administrative work is completed accurately
•Pull Customer report and share it with CASR or customer as per the requirements
•Purchase Order (PO) reconciliation /distribution on portal (Aurora) to release orders for payments.
