24x7 Support Readiness: Being prepared to provide support round-the-clock, including weekends and holidays, is essential. Certified professionals should demonstrate flexibility and commitment to ensuring continuous service availability in both HPE NF and Azure environments.

Outage Mitigation: Experience in mitigating outages within strict timeframes is important. Professionals should be able to respond promptly to incidents and implement measures to minimize downtime within specified SLAs for both HPE NF and Azure deployments.
