- Portal Development
- Identify agencies for D2C Portal development.
- Arrange for proposals from agencies, negotiate and close the best one.
- Capture all the features to enable consumers with best navigation journey on portal with less clicks for better conversions.
- Portal infrastructure
- Product cataloguing
- Pricing and promos
- Appropriate Titles with right keywords
- A+ Content with relevant keywords
- Legal and regulatory compliance
- Order management infrastructure
- OMS and WMS infrastructure
- Integration with SAP/ ERP for real time sales
- Payment Gateway
- Last mile delivery partner selection and integration with OMS and WMS system
- Consumer Care feedback management
- Demand Generation
- Manage agency for driving demand.
- Proficient with key KPIs of Google Analytics, FaceBook, Instagram etc.
- Define key KPIs and track them daily.
- Generate key insights and build action plans for better conversions.
- Understand consumer life cycle and identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage the budget for advertisement and promotion.
- Sales & Marketing
- Achieve monthly/Quarterly sales targets.
- Forecasting- Monthly demand planning and alignment with supply chain team.
- NPD launches in collaboration with brand teams.
