    • Set-up D2C portals for key identified spaces by delivering on following-
    • Portal Development
    • Identify agencies for D2C Portal development.
    • Arrange for proposals from agencies, negotiate and close the best one.
    • Capture all the features to enable consumers with best navigation journey on portal with less clicks for better conversions.
    • Portal infrastructure
    • Product cataloguing
    • Pricing and promos
    • Appropriate Titles with right keywords
    • A+ Content with relevant keywords
    • Legal and regulatory compliance
    • Order management infrastructure
    • OMS and WMS infrastructure
    • Integration with SAP/ ERP for real time sales
    • Payment Gateway
    • Last mile delivery partner selection and integration with OMS and WMS system
    • Consumer Care feedback management
    • Demand Generation
    • Manage agency for driving demand.
    • Proficient with key KPIs of Google Analytics, FaceBook, Instagram etc.
    • Define key KPIs and track them daily.
    • Generate key insights and build action plans for better conversions.
    • Understand consumer life cycle and identify opportunities for growth.
    • Manage the budget for advertisement and promotion.
    • Sales & Marketing
    • Achieve monthly/Quarterly sales targets.
    • Forecasting- Monthly demand planning and alignment with supply chain team.
    • NPD launches in collaboration with brand teams.

    Candidate Requirements:

    Bachelor's Degree

    5-6 years of experience + 2 years of managing D2C business

    Should have built and grown D2C channel

    Location- Mumbai and be flexible to travel when needed
