    We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team at TeamBuilderz as a GEM Portal: Tender Executive/Consultant. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in tender management, specifically using the GEM portal. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in tender management, preferably using the GEM portal
    • Strong knowledge of the GEM portal and its functionalities
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Solid understanding of procurement processes and regulations
    • Ability to prepare detailed and accurate tender documents
    • Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work under tight deadlines
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage the end-to-end tender process on the GEM portal, from tender preparation to final submission
    • Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze tender requirements
    • Prepare comprehensive tender documents and ensure they meet the necessary guidelines and regulations
    • Coordinate with clients and external stakeholders to address any queries or clarifications related to the tender
    • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in tendering processes and regulations
    • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and stay informed about competitor activities
    • Monitor the progress and status of ongoing tenders and provide regular updates to the management
    • Track and analyze tender outcomes and identify areas for improvement in the tendering process
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to each tender
    • Provide support in other procurement-related activities as required
