Our mission is to make high-quality mattresses affordable for all Indians by re-engineering the supply chain and eliminating middlemen.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Flo Mattress in Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks, including managing the recruitment process, conducting interviews, onboarding new employees, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies and procedures, maintaining employee records, and handling performance management and employee development.

• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws
• Experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Experience in employee relations and performance management
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR certification is a plus
