    Description

    Position overview:

    This position is part of the central Brand Marketing team and will be based in the respective state office. The incumbent will be responsible for executing corporate brand strategy & marketing of local state specific content. The incumbent will also be responsible for effective execution of our CSR initiatives and Brand events.

    This role will also be responsible for building a successful alliance with local brands for partnership and sponsorship of our Brand events .

    It will be an individual contributor position.

    • State Editorial Team
    Key Responsibilities:


    • Develop and implement a rolling 3month marketing calendar in collaboration with the corporate brand team, State editorial team and state circulation head.
    • Create and execute multichannel or channelspecific product promotions and causerelated (CSR) marketing initiatives aligned with the brand's vision and business objectives.
    • Manage ATL, BTL, onsite creative, and campaign management activities. Regularly monitor brand performance and reader's perception & experience metrics in the state.
    • Act as the custodian and advocate of the brand, ensuring consistent brand representation (as per the Brand Manual) across all consumer and cultural touch points in respective states.
    • Creation of Social Media Posts & managing local influencers to promote Dainik Bhaskar print offerings and Readers engagement programs.
    • Building a successful alliance with local brands for partnership and sponsorship of our Brand events.
    Skills & Requirements:


    • Knowledge and experience with Facebook Ads (Follower growth), YouTube Featured Ads, Instream Ads, Display Ads, Trending Ads, and leveraging Bloggers/Influencers to create buzz around the brand and influence social signals.
    • Candidates from Tier 1 or 2 B-Schools, with a marketing background in reputed FMCG companies or the advertising industry, will also be considered.
    • A team player capable of influencing other departments and regions where mutual dependencies exist. )
