- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

- Proven experience in HR management role, with a thorough understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and develop a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Sound knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll, and other HR software systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
