    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Oversee recruitment and staffing activities, including sourcing candidates, interviewing, and hiring employees.
    • Manage employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including policies, benefits, and employment laws.
    • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and competencies.
    • Administer employee compensation, benefits, and payroll processing.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Handle employee grievances, complaints, and concerns in a fair and timely manner.
    • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
    • Stay informed about HR trends, best practices, and legal developments.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred.
    • Proven experience in HR management role, with a thorough understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and develop a team.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Sound knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
    • Proficiency in HRIS, payroll, and other HR software systems.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
