Job Title: Network Support Specialist

We are seeking a tech-savvy problem-solver with a passion for ensuring optimal network performance at Kyndryl, a leading provider of mission-critical technology systems. As our Network Administrator, you will work in a complex, multi-vendor environment, identifying and resolving network issues, making configuration changes, and implementing security policies.

This role requires someone who can think on their feet, test and apply corrective actions, and participate in change reviews as needed. You will work alongside a talented team of experts to plan and execute routine network changes, troubleshoot and solve network issues and outages, and maintain excellent communication with end customers, project managers, and service engineers.

You will be responsible for maintaining network components, monitoring network performance, and maintaining network security. Additionally, you will provide user support for network-related issues, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of support possible.

• Identify and resolve network issues, making configuration changes, and implementing security policies
• Work in a complex, multi-vendor environment, thinking on your feet and applying corrective actions
• Participate in change reviews as needed
• Maintain network components, monitor network performance, and ensure network security

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in networking, including experience with trouble-shooting, switching, and routing. You should also have a minimum of CCNP certification or equivalent knowledge, as well as experience with network security and WANs. • Proven knowledge and experience in trouble-shooting, switching, and routing
• Minimum CCNP certification or equivalent knowledge
• Experience with network security and WANs
• Working knowledge of ITIL

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with BGP, Software Defined Networking (SDN) based on Cisco ACI, Checkpoint/Cisco Firepower firewalls, F5 load Balancers, NSX
• Experience with Ansible automation
