Brand Identity and packaging for a functional beverage brand

The background:
Wellderlust is a functional beverage brand - think ceremonial grade matcha (powder) with added benefits, like marine peptide collagen, functional mushrooms, MCT oil etc, (we offer coffee with added benefits too).
As a woman who loves all things wellness and longevity, this product is aimed at the chic wellness woman, who appreciates a premium product that delivers quality and looks good in her kitchen cupboard (anywhere for that matter).
It is also a goal to have my products stocked in stores in London, such as Harrods, Selfridges, Wholefoods etc and to be able to collaborate with other brands.
It is a product that can be enjoyed anywhere as it comes in a convenient stand up pouch, making it easy to travel with.
The project:
Based on the above, I am looking for someone who is creative, experienced in design and who can capture my target audience by creating a chic, modern, eye-catching brand identity including packaging.
If you believe that you can provide a more fitting logo, then I would be open to seeing what logo design you feel would fit the brand.
Establishing a cohesive brand identity (color palette, typography, design direction) that can be applied across website, packaging, and marketing materials.
I have an idea of what I think the packaging could be - a white stand up pouch with a vibrant block colour (green, blue, pink - depending on the blend itself), as a square shape in the middle of the pouch with the information of the product written within the colour.
I'll attached something that will hopefully better illustrate what I'm talking about.But please note I am open to your creativity and so please let me know if you think you are able to come up with something else that will be able to differentiate the brand.
Useful information:
- This is a start up based in London
- The product is already in production
- Our audience will initially be targeted via social media marketing
- Product will initially be available via our own website and Amazon.
- Although we are in production, it is very very important for me to lead with a brand design that I feel confident to show off. Therefore, I am flexible with timings.
I really am seeking a designer who can take full ownership of the creative process while collaborating closely with me.
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
