    This role is responsible for the support of the local India office on a variety of administrative and Finance

    related tasks. The role will be in close contact to the Group Finance team (mainly Team lead Accounts

    Payable, Tax and Accounting Manager and Group Controller) in the Netherlands with a focus on

    purchase orders, purchase invoices and follow up on timely approval and payment as well as taxation.

    The role is the only Finance employee in India and need therefore to work partly independently and is

    the first point of contact for local Finance-related topics and it would therefore be a pre to have

    knowledge of local finance and fiscal laws and regulations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Administrative support and process improvements

    • Review within India office if there is potential for process improvements relating to administrative processes and follow up on this in alignment with Group Finance and local responsible managers.

    2. Purchase orders

    • Support in identifying of purchase needs within the India office and timely creation of purchase orders for this and review the follow up.

    3. Accounts Payable:

    • Oversee accounts payable, process vendor invoices, and ensure timely payments (including payroll).

    4. Taxation and Compliance:

    • Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other tax-related documents.
    • Stay updated with changes in taxation laws and ensure the company's compliance.
    • Support in the annual financial audit process.
