E-Learning Developer

We are seeking a skilled eLearning Developer on a part time basis to join our dynamic digital learning team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, self-paced training modules that offer the best learning experience. utilizing provided source videos and a comprehensive table of contents (including handouts, quizzes etc), the eLearning Developer will design, develop, and deploy interactive online courses on our Learning Management System (LMS).

Responsibilities:

• Instructional Design: Apply instructional design theories and practices to design effective, engaging training modules and materials.
• Video Editing: Use Adobe Premiere Pro to edit source videos of trainers/instructors to create seamless learning modules. Ensure the final product is polished and professional.
• File Management: Maintain proper editing protocols, organize files systematically, and ensure all resources are shared appropriately with team members.
• Course Building on LMS (Open EdX): Implement courses on the LMS platform, which includes uploading course content, videos, transcripts, handouts, quizzes, and other interactive elements.
• Deadline Adherence: Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines without compromising the quality of the work.
• Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of quality in all aspects of course development and ensure all content is accurate, accessible, and engaging.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Apply accessibility standards to make courses usable by learners with diverse needs.
• Continuously update and improve courses based on learner feedback and performance analytics.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and experience with other video editing software.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems, specifically Open EdX, is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of instructional design models and principles.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in digital animation and graphics design.
• Knowledge of SCORM and xAPI standards.

Remuneration

• ₹12000 to ₹16000 per month
