    Training & Development:

    Work on employees competency mapping frame work to identify job specific competencies Competency Skill Level Assessment, Mapping out Skill Metrics for each employee

    Coordinating with Employees, Function Heads & Management for identifying the training needs considering the Competency Framework and Skill Matrix

    Creating, Facilitating and Coordinating the Training Programs across the Organization.

    Coach Leaders, Middle Managers and Young Leaders on their professional development.

    Follow up on the results and participation.

    Performance Management:

    Actively involved in KRA & KPI setting processes.

    Ensure Appraisal Cycles are completed on time, review ratings and address concerns.

    (Quarterly / Annual)

    Organization Culture:

    Guard and Enforce HR policies, procedures and company values in conjunction with Management Team and Functional Leaders.

    Develop a culture strategy that include initiatives such as increasing transparency, improving feedback mechanisms and creating opportunities for growth & development.

    Champion the implementation of programs designed to enhance work/life balance for all employees

    Create a framework for measuring cultural health within the organization in order to track progress over time and identify areas where further focus is needed.

    Collaborate with senior leadership team on strategic initiatives that improve organizational alignment and increased productivity

    Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with all employees to provide feedback and address concerns or questions
